We take great pride in our top-notch dock and boat ramp. Even at low tide, you won’t have any trouble launching or loading thanks to the greatest ramp on the market! Once your boat is launched, it won’t take you long to get to downtown Jacksonville or the Atlantic Ocean in the east. It’s the perfect community for an offshore fisherman or boater! Our private common grounds consist of a clubhouse, gazebo for grilling and picnics, swimming pool, playground, dock/boat ramp, and tennis & pickleball courts.

Please bring your favorite BBQ dish to share. - Your Board of Directors would like to remind residents that on-street parking of vehicles is prohibited by our Covenants and Restrictions (Article 7, Section 25). Short-term needs to get your vehicle out of the way for a delivery or work being performed at your home is certainly reasonable, but we would encourage homeowners to not use the street as their regular parking spot, especially overnight. Cars parked on the street cause safety issues and can make a neighborhood look unsightly if the practice proliferates.
