On-Street Parking of Vehicles is Prohibited
Your Board of Directors would like to remind residents that our Covenants and Restrictions prohibit on-street parking of vehicles (Article 7, Section 25). Short-term needs to get your vehicle out of the way for a delivery or work being performed at your home is certainly reasonable, but we would encourage homeowners to not use the street as their regular parking spot, especially overnight. Cars parked on the street cause safety issues and can make a neighborhood look unsightly if the practice proliferates.
Community Involvement
Let’s all help out to make St. Johns Landing a better community. Lending a helping hand when needed is appreciated and helps keep our association dues low. Please do your best to keep our property value up by maintaining your lawns and homes. Let’s all work together to make St. Johns Landing more marketable!
Annual $661.25 HOA FEE
Assessment is due by January 1st of every year. Any assessment not paid will bear interest from the due date at the rate of fifteen percent per annum.
