Club House
The St Johns Landing community clubhouse is a great venue and is used on a regular basis for special events, community committee meetings, and community functions and is open for residents to reserve.
Our clubhouse has a small full kitchen with a pass-through widow / countertop bar and also has a men’s and lady’s restroom inside. The clubhouse may be reserved and used only by St. Johns Landing residents. Priority of rentals is first come, first serve. The MAXIMUM occupancy is 50 guests.
Reserving the clubhouse does NOT include use of the swimming pool during your function. In other words, pool parties are not permitted as the swimming pool is for the use of all residents.
